Graduated with honors in Civil Engineering in 1982 at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He is currently director of the Academy of Fine Arts "Pietro Vannucci" Perugia and associate professor (Icar 17/Disegno) in the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Perugia, where he teaches “Architectural Survey” and “Digital Design” as part of the degree course in Building Engineering and Architecture, where he is the coordinator of the Design and Architecture Section of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
