Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The proposal must not have been previously published, or presented to another journal. Otherwise it is necessary to inform the editor explaining in the comments and signing a releasing. The author is committed, under his responsibility, to obtain the releasing of copyrighted images and, if it’s necessary, the author is committed to provide a releasing to the Director of the journal. Submitting the final full text of the proposal, the author relieves the journal from any answerability in case of litigation.
The submission file should be in *.odt format (OpenOffice); *.doc or *.docx (Microsoft Word).
If possible, it’s necessary that the author provides the URL of the references cited in the proposal.
Where needed, within the text, use italics instead of underlining (except in URL addresses). All figures and tables are placed within the text, in their appropriate places.
The text must satisfy the bibliographical requests summarized in the Author Guidelines (see previous section). In particular, when the drawings are not by the author, he must be indicated where they came from. For drawings preserved in the archives, please provide the following information: title, location, year, author, type of representation, graphic scale, size, support, graphic technique and, if the design is autograph, its cataloging within the archive.
Example: Altar for the Cathedral, Salta (Argentina), 1898, Carlo Rossi, Front, 19x28cm, ink drawing on paper (or: ink on tracing paper, pencil on cardboard, watercoloured copy, pastel on paper, ink and pencil on tracing paper, pencil and pastel on spolvero pad, etc.), autograph, Archive ...., Envelop XI Charter 12.
If you are submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, please follow the instructions on “How to ensure a blind review”.
